Hi, my name is Alicia Wang. I started real estate investing a decade ago, and have invested in more than 30 different real estate projects, including but not limited to multifamily, NNN industrial, and mixed use ground-up development projects.

I grew up in China, attended university in Japan and law school in the US. I started my career as a corporate lawyer and fell in love with real estate financing. There are so many different ways to finance or purchase a real estate properties and I learned to not let my own assumptions limit myself. I have been investing in multi-family buildings in Tokyo and have acquired several. Tokyo is one of the most stable rental markets and probably has the best quality tenants in the world too!
